Employee Opinion Surveys

What is it?

A process for collecting employee thinking on what needs to be done.

Why do it?

Governments and stock exchanges know insiders are dangerous because they know so much. Employees are insiders. Their cumulative inteligence can save or make millions.

How does it work?

Each survey is tailor-made. A random stratified sample of employees is interviewed to pinpoint specific issues that govern final design of the questionnaire, which is then sent to a large sample or census of employees. Core subject areas addressed are:
